538 The Shores Custom Home - Update 2/9/18
Progress on The Shores Custom Luxury Home is going well.
Our crew has moved forward on a great deal of detail work, both exterior and interior.
The rock veneer sealant application has been completed to the remaining external areas including the column right of garage, summer kitchen, covered porch, and third floor column. Detail cleaning has been performed to the completed rock veneer on the internal staircase. Grout work on the tiles in the master bedroom has been done, as well as the balconies where tiles meet glass railings and a few other misc areas. The final site detail cleaning is in progress inside and outside of the house. Electricians are still on site wiring and installing prep work for two street lights. A pool Contractor is on site as well. The treatments to the pool water have been completed.
