A canal-front in West Bay near Vista Del Mar, this new custom luxury home is being built by general contractor and custom home builder Cayman Structural Group. Located close to the prestigious Cayman Islands Yacht Club, this property is in a prime location. John Doak, who was the architect who designed our Red Bay luxury home, is also behind this tropical getaway in Grand Cayman. The single family residence will feature canal views, a detached garage, an in-ground pool, as well as an spacious and welcoming floor plan.

As you can see with regard to our previous update, work has progressed in many areas of construction. Sprayfoam insulation has been fitted to the interior and the roof has advanced in its completion as well. The framing and steel reinforcement for the in-ground pool has been laid out and is waiting for concrete to be poured. The walls and ceilings on the interior of the home are nearing completion with work progressing on the custom luxury home’s roof as well.
With an incredibly strong concrete construction, this new custom luxury home is designed to withstand high winds, hurricanes, and other severe tropical weather.
