Red Bay Luxury Home Progress Update

Red Bay Home Construction

The construction of the luxury home in Red Bay is still moving towards completion, and has been moving along ahead of schedule. You can see big changes when compared to the update made on January 13. The progress made is a clear indicator of the high-caliber work provided by Cayman Structural Group and Cayman Concrete Pumping.

The progress on the Red Bay Home is coming along nicely, with swift execution of construction on the interior, exterior, lower level, and insulation. The exterior and interior have been progressing extensively, and nearly all windows have been installed. The panels are coming along nicely in the ceiling and the exterior walls as well. The photos below track the progress of this residential home project.

To summarize, the Red Bay home is a 4,000 square foot luxury residential home located on Woodstock Rd in Red Bay. Situated on a canal with dock access, the home benefits from excellent placement in Grand Cayman. The two story home was designed by John Doak, a leading architect of resort and high-end residential homes on the island.  Once completed, this new residential home will have four bedrooms and three and a half baths. Cayman Structural group was contracted to build the home, and as the general contractor, every effort is made to build it on time and on budget for the homeowner, as with all our previous projects. Cayman Concrete Pumping is also involved in the project, offering their expertise in foundation construction and custom concrete work for the home.
