The progress on the Red Bay Home is coming along nicely, with swift execution of construction on the interior, exterior, lower level, and insulation. The exterior and interior have been progressing extensively, as all windows have been installed as well as some of the cabinets, countertops, and appliances in the kitchen and bathrooms. The Red Bay luxury custom home is a 4,000 square foot house located on Woodstock Rd in Red Bay. Located on a canal with dock access, the home benefits from excellent placement in Grand Cayman. The two story home was designed by John Doak, a leading architect of resort and high-end residential homes on the island. Once completed, this new residential home will have four bedrooms and three and a half baths. Cayman Structural group was contracted to build the home, and as the general contractor, every effort is made to build it on time and on budget for the homeowner, as with all our previous projects. Cayman Concrete Pumping is also involved in the project, offering their expertise in foundation construction and custom concrete work for the home.
