Periwinkle Luxury Home Construction - Update 11/30/17
Welcome back to Periwinkle Grand Harbour, one of Cayman Structural Group's large scale luxury developments!
The second floor of many of the structures is underway, including slabs and scaffolding to assist in constructing walls. The columns are still ongoing, and the stairs to the second floors have begun in the structures that have slabs completed. Electrical conduit work has begun, and it’s been protected from rain. Throughout this month, our crew has made considerable progress in form work construction. Reinforcements to second stories, stairs, and some buildings first floor slabs has begun. We look forward to updating again in December, as things are moving along very swiftly.

Periwinkle Luxury Home Construction
Periwinkle of the Cayman Islands is a $80 million development project that can expect to have all of the units completed by late 2018 or early 2019. In total there are 20 cottages, 28 courtyard town homes, 23 waterfront town homes, and 10 luxury villa homes planning for the community.
