Red Bay Luxury Home - Update 10/26/16
The construction of the Luxury Home in Red Bay is still underway, and has been moving swiftly.
You can see big changes when compared to the update made on September 30th. The progress made is a clear indicator of the high-caliber work provided by Cayman Structural Group and Cayman Concrete Pumping.
Red Bay Home Construction
Since the last update, construction crews have been hard at work completing the exterior of the house as well as the roof, attic, HVAC, windows, and insulation. The finishing touches have yet to be placed as the interior has not yet been finished and a few windows still wait to be installed. The photos below track the progress of this residential home project.
To summarize, the Red Bay home is a 4,000 square foot luxury residential home located on Woodstock Rd in Red Bay. Situated on a canal with dock access, the home benefits from excellent placement in Grand Cayman. The two story home was designed by John Doak, a leading architect of resort and high-end residential homes on the island. Once completed, this new residential home will have four bedrooms and three and a half baths. Cayman Structural group was contracted to build the home, and as the general contractor, every effort is made to build it on time and on budget for the homeowner, as with all our previous projects. Cayman Concrete Pumping is also involved in the project, offering their expertise in foundation construction and custom concrete work for the home.
