Periwinkle Luxury Home Construction - Update 3/20/18
Greetings from Periwinkle Grand Harbour, one of our large scale 2018 construction projects!
Several of the roofs on this multi-building development received their spray foam insulation this week, and at the same time crew members were able to start and complete the lumber and plywood work for the patio roofs. Lots of interior plastering work continues throughout. You can really see these homes coming together for these three houses. Next in line is foundation pouring for some of the other homes in the development, before getting these ready for dry-in.
Periwinkle Luxury Home Construction
Periwinkle of the Cayman Islands is a $80 million development project that can expect to have all of the units completed by late 2018 or early 2019. In total there are 20 cottages, 28 courtyard town homes, 23 waterfront town homes, and 10 luxury villa homes planning for the community.
