Periwinkle Luxury Home Construction - Update 2/17/18
The cleaning phase has begun for certain structures, as the concrete pouring moves to others. A window and staircase has been squared and constructed inside one home.
Plastering has begun on the staircase as well. Straightening edges to certain structures is underway, including windows on buildings that are still being cleaned. We’ve begun the clocking wall on a few staircases, and plastering the interior walls of the structures. Roof expansion bolts and straps are complete, and patio footings. There’s still plenty to do but we’re happy to share the progress of our luxury home construction here at the Perwinkle site.

Periwinkle of the Cayman Islands is a $80 million development project that can expect to have all of the units completed by late 2018 or early 2019. In total there are 20 cottages, 28 courtyard town homes, 23 waterfront town homes, and 10 luxury villa homes planning for the community.
