Welcome back to Periwinkle Grand Harbour, one of Cayman Structural Group's large scale luxury developments!
Since our last update many of the wall reinforcements have been completed. More have begun on different buildings, but some are farther along than others.
We’ve included a close up of the wooden form work that’s visible on other buildings. This is to assist in the installation of reinforcing rebar. After pouring concrete into reinforcements, the crew moves up until the structure is completed. Several of the homes in Periwinkle are beginning to finally take shape, but there is still work to be done in many aspects.

Periwinkle Luxury Home Construction
Periwinkle of the Cayman Islands is a $80 million development project that can expect to have all of the units completed by late 2018 or early 2019. In total there are 20 cottages, 28 courtyard town homes, 23 waterfront town homes, and 10 luxury villa homes planning for the community.
