Cayman First Insurance Commercial Construction Progress

Cayman Structural Group has been working hard on the shell of a new three-story commercial construction building project for Cayman First Insurance. We’re providing the shell construction and concrete services for Arch and Godfrey, General Contractor and a leading construction company in the Cayman Islands.

When complete, this will be a large (37,000 sq ft) three-story commercial structure for Cayman First Insurance. The new commercial building will be used as the main offices and headquarters for the insurance company on the island.

Concrete Shell Complete

Construction of the concrete shell of the building has been completed by Cayman Concrete Pumping and Cayman Structural Group. Thanks to their state-of-the-art equipment and exceptionally efficient pouring methods, the building of the structure’s shell and foundation has been swiftly completed. The third floor has been erected and crews are beginning the initial stages in constructing the roof.

With the specially engineered steel and concrete structure, this new office building will be able to stand up to even the most severe tropical weather, including hurricanes and tropical storms.
