538 The Shores Custom Home - Update 2/26/18
The Shores is Shaping Up
The shortest month of the year does not mean the least amount of progress can be made. The Shores Custom Home is shaping up to be a picturesque structure, thanks to our capable crew in the Cayman Islands.
The sheetrock mud, sanding and finish work to internal walls and ceilings. Some scaffolding was set up in living room to reach the second floor ceiling. We had several painters assisting all over the site for several days. Primer and paint application to the walls and ceilings is in progress. Repairs and adjustments to master closet pocket door are being made, and tile grout work is still underway. Caulking to the walls in the master bath has been applied. Many cabinets have been installed and adjusted. The stain finish work is completed to the top and bottom of the den cabinetry.
Cayman Structural Group is the general contractor, project manager, and contract manager for this custom home ICF construction.
