We have recently begun work on one of our largest luxury custom home projects. With 19,867 square feet total, this luxury home build promises to be one of the most exciting projects of the 2017 year.
With a concrete foundation and walls underway, Cayman Structural Group is happy to announce the progress of our newest, and one of our largest, custom concrete structure project. Located in one of the most prestigious luxury home communities in Vista del Mar, this new home will also be one of the largest in the area at nearly 20,000 square feet.
Since groundbreaking in early January, crews have been hard at work prepping the site for concrete and laying the foundation for the ultra-luxury home. Most of the foundations and building footprints and complete, with plumbing and piping laid below the poured concrete. Rebar framing and concrete blocks are beginning to be installed as the home in Vista del Mar takes shape.
20,000 square feet Luxury Home
Located in one of the most prestigious luxury home communities in Vista del Mar, this new home will also be one of the largest in the area at nearly 20,000 square feet. Boasting 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in the main house, this private residence will total more than 15,000 square feet. A large garage and guest home suite will house another 3,000 square feet with another 1,200 dedicated to outdoor and patio space. This gorgeous luxury home is being built by a handful of groups collaborating together — Cayman Structural Group is the structural contractor, completing the concrete foundation and shell construction of the luxury home.
