Masonry work is underway here at 313 Vista del Mar. Our crew is laying brick and constructing form work.
Plastering work in progress as well to the garbage enclosure walls. Jack Hammer and masonry beam adjustment work to the two beams at main floor east facing wall is underway. The spa area and pool area are close to their next phase. The spa concrete pour was completed, and the plumbing work is finished on it as well. Some Adjustments to the east facing main floor beams is in progress.
20,000 square feet Luxury Home
Located in one of the most prestigious luxury home communities in Vista del Mar, this new home will also be one of the largest in the area at nearly 20,000 square feet.
