Custom Home Construction Progress
As you likely know, we here at Cayman Structural Group have been hard at work on one of our largest luxury custom home projects. At nearly 20,000 square feet total, this spacious and elegant custom home build will certainly end up as one of the most rewarding construction projects of the 2017 year.
Luxury Home Project in West Bay
Since construction began at the beginning of the year, crews have been hard at work pumping concrete for the foundation and shell construction of this custom luxury home. With the plumbing and utilities laid and the foundations and building footprints and complete, rebar framing and concrete blocks have been installed as the home in Vista del Mar takes shape. Steel shells have been placed in some areas as construction crews prepare to pour additional concrete to build walls and other structures. The separate guest home has made a lot of progress, as well as the basement construction and structural work on the pump rooms is nearly complete. Crews are building stairs and walls as work at the site hums along. The second floor of the garage and guest home has been poured as more and more walls are slowly taking shape. Structural columns and beams are being formed as concrete pouring will continue at the luxury home site for weeks to come.

With the concrete foundation complete and construction of the walls well underway, Cayman Structural Group is happy to update you on the progress of our newest, and one of our biggest, custom concrete structure projects.
Located in one of the most prestigious luxury home communities in Vista del Mar, this new home will also be one of the largest in the area at nearly 20,000 square feet. Boasting 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in the main house, this private residence will total more than 15,000 square feet. A large garage and guest home suite will house another 3,000 square feet with another 1,200 dedicated to outdoor and patio space. This gorgeous luxury home is being built by a handful of groups collaborating together — Cayman Structural Group is the structural contractor, completing the concrete foundation and shell construction of the luxury home.
